Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is a commitment and has been reserved specifically for you. Due to this, 24-hour notice is required for cancellation, except in the case of a weather emergency. Cancellation less that 24 hours in advance will be subject to the full session fee. Please note that I cannot bill insurance for sessions you don't attend.
Insurance I accept Blue Cross and am in-network for all plans. I also accept Medicare. For other insurance plans, if you have a benefit that allows you to see an out of network provider, I will call your plan and find out exactly what services with me will cost you, based on your benefits. I will then charge you that amount and will bill your insurance for you, unless you prefer to submit bills on your own.
Payment Fees are due at the time of each session. I accept cash and personal checks. If you have a flexible spending account, I will provide a receipt so you can submit it for reimbursement.
